Virginia Volleyball Camps

Sports is an important part of Virginia life, as demonstrated by its over 45 stadiums and more than 15 sports teams in high school, college, and pro league ranks. Virginia volleyball camps are not just great summer getaways for kids – they are grassroots programs where athletes jumpstart their careers.

One of the biggest Virginia volleyball camps is the Lee Maes Volleyball Camp held at the University of Virginia. A seasoned coach at the national and collegiate levels, Lee Maes is a member of USA Volleyball and the American Volleyball Coaches Association.

Leading sportswear brand Nike also hosts Virginia volleyball camps every summer at Virginia Tech and James Madison University. Advanced skills and position specialty are among the courses available.

A nationally recognized Junior Olympic volleyball training club, the Coastal Virginia Volleyball Club aims to develop young players who have serious talent into highly skilled volleyball players.

Other Virginia schools that offer volleyball camps include Christopher Newport University, Roanoke College, North Cross School, Riverheads High School, E. C. Glass High School, Roanoke Catholic School, and Liberty University.
